Longlights on Facebook are not mine, but…

About communication from / for a healthy person / structure / country

I have visited at least 30 times at least 10 different cities that were in seismic zones and have already experienced the deadly effects of these natural phenomena. In Los Angeles, for example, it happened in 1994, and in San Francisco - in 1906.
You may not know their problems when you arrive, but already in the hotel elevator, you will have a clear brief instruction in the room - how to behave if there is an earthquake, what to avoid.

For these 30+ times I was hit by an earthquake only once. It was in Jakarta, in the evening, at the hotel. I understood that it was an earthquake, although the tremors were light (+ -3 points), because I already knew what it looked like in Kyiv. My Ukrainian colleague lived three floors higher, she leaned more, she didn't know what it was - she crawled under the bed because she thought there was someone there. You can laugh at it, or you can be upset, because if the shocks lasted and were stronger…

Who prepares the instructions? STATE! Because it is responsible for the safety of those who may be in DANGER.

In schools (maybe kindergartens) they teach in more detail - how to act, where to go, what to do in cases of destructive. Each community has a clear list of contacts to avoid in order to avoid or overcome the problems associated with the disaster.
I have not seen anything like buckwheat and matches in any of these documents…

After all, this is about our "earthquake" «

I'm waiting for MY STATE to say (who it will be - it doesn't matter. Maybe a normal person from the structure is better than an ignoramus in office) - Olena, you have a bomb shelter in your house. We checked - there is now a gaming club that has not heard what they should do in case of emergency, namely - already hang on the door, that it is a bomb shelter in the event of shelling or other similar situations, give the phone number of the person responsible for it and communicate how quickly it will arrive when needed (who also knows who will report this need). And this adequate (!) Statesman will say many other practical things. For example, in Sweden, such instructions have been made for a long time so that people do not worry, and in Israel, which has been living in a safe situation for a long time, children in kindergartens are taught how to behave if they accidentally lock themselves in an apartment and parents cannot get inside. ; something caught fire at home or the adults around became ill… then we tell you that we, the STATE, are preparing, thinking, caring, and not telling you - you just need to stop panicking ☹

A. well, about the panic!
Pakistani economist, politician and theorist of international development, Mahbub ul Haq, first drew global attention to the concept of human security in the 1994 UNDP report and sought to influence the UN World Summit on Social Development. Copenhagen in 1995. The definition of the 1994 UNDP Human Development Report on Human Security states that the scope of global security should be expanded, including threats in seven areas:

Economic security - Economic security requires a guaranteed basic income for people, usually from productive and rewarding work or, at least, from the financial security network.

Food security - Food security requires that all people have access to both physical and economic access to basic food at all times. Overall food availability is not a problem, but rather a problem of poor food distribution and insufficient purchasing power.

Health Safety - Health care aims to ensure minimal protection against disease and unhealthy lifestyles. Today, chronic lifestyle diseases are the leading killers around the world. This is often due to poor nutrition and lack of access to health care, clean water and other essentials.

Ecological safety - Ecological safety is aimed at protecting people from short- and long-term destruction of nature, man-made threats to nature and environmental degradation. Global warming is another issue of environmental security.

Personal security - Personal security is aimed at protecting people from physical violence, whether from the state or external states, from violent persons and sub-state actors, from domestic violence, etc.

Community Security - Community security aims to protect people from the loss of traditional relationships and values and ethnic violence.

Political Security - Political security refers to whether people live in a society that respects their basic human rights. Along with repression of individuals and groups, governments may try to control ideas and information.

Have you read carefully? Is nothing missing? Not enough! There is no emotional security. This is exactly what the lion's share of attacks by Russian security forces is aimed at today.

If we do not hear specific words and actions from the state machine - it is not the first time we organize ourselves.
Let's stand next to sisters and brothers on self-organization!
